General Policies

| Deposits: |

In most cases, payment is due when you pick-up your order. However, due to the size, complexity and custom nature of some jobs, we may ask for your credit card information or other means to guarantee payment, prior to production. |
|
| Art Charges: |
|
Typically, we do not charge additional for engraving a business logo, sports logo or artwork on your custom pieces. Either .eps or .tif files work best. Your order may be subject to a design fee depending on the condition of your artwork and the type/size of products in your order. We will be happy to look at your logo or art to determine if your project will be subject to this charge. Art charges as we set-up your first order.

| Minimum Charge: |
|
"Engraving only" orders are priced by the job. We have a minimum order of $15.00 on all engraved items.
|

| Rush Fees: |
|
We can produce most jobs in a week or less. Planning ahead allows us to schedule or machines and staff more efficiently. Please use our "Production Time/Time in Transit" tool to determine expected completion and delivery date. (on the left) Rush jobs may be subject to a special handling fee. Non-stock products will require more production time

If you need to make changes to your order, please help us by referencing your customer number, last name and order number. We may ask for additional information to ensure your privacy.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. At the time of submitting your order, we authorize your credit card. When your order is complete, we charge your credit card and your order is shipped or placed in our pick-up area. We use very secure methods to ensure the safety of your account number. |

| Credit Card Call-In: |
|
For extra convenience, we have added a feature that allows you to submit your order without entering your credit card number over the Internet. After placing your order online, call us during business hours. Please inform the customer service representative that you used the credit card call-in feature and wish to give them the number. Please reference your order number when calling. |

| PayPal: |
|
You can also use your PayPal account. After placing your order online, send PayPal money to order@issaquahtrophy.com in the amount of your order. We will credit your account within one business day. You can always view the shipping and billing status by logging in using your email and password. |

| Pre-Arranged Terms: |

This option can be used for customers with pre-approved status or for customers wishing to pay upon pickup at our retail location in Issaquah, Washington.

Engraving/Assembly Information
Issaquah Trophy & Awards offers free engraving on all of our customizable products. When you choose an item to be placed in your basket, you will be prompted to a page where you can input your information. Instructions for entering the information can be located at the top of that page. Our in-house staff will professionally engrave your awards and have them ready to ship in approximately 3-5 business days.
Some items can be purchased unassembled for additional savings. For resins, the unassembled version means you have to attach the engraving plate to the base. Unassembled trophies may require using a nut driver to screw together the trophy in addition to attaching the engraving plate. All unassembled orders will have the necessary items required for completion.

APO/FPO Shipping
Orders shipped to an APO or FPO address will be charged at USPS priority rates plus a $5.00 handling charge per package.

Return Policy
To return merchandise for refund or replacement, written permission must be obtained in advance. Engraved medals, plaques, acrylic, and custom items cannot be returned. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge and an engraving fee, if applicable. If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and ensure your satisfaction.
